OLYMPIC COMPLEX TECHNOLOGIES

Built on an area of 1.466.400 sqm in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, the new Olympic Complex with its high-tech facilities will play host to the 2017 Asian indoor and Martial Art Games (AIMAG). Started in 2010 and designed in 3 phases, the project is aiming for completion in 2016. Major structures planned within the first phase of the project were completed on a 679,269 sqm area of the grounds in April 2014.

THE AKFA SOLUTION
The Olympic village is expected to have a significant position in the world sports community and the Central Asian sports community. Ashgabat had been awarded the Asian indoor and Martial Arts Games in 2017 and this has now become the key focus of the project. Akfa Global provided broadcast and broadcast IT systems for the Ashgabat Olympic Complex including complete systems for the indoor velodrome, training halls, indoor arenas and other venues. With our expert project team from Istanbul, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, the project has been designed and installed according to the broadcast requirements of the 2017 Asian indoor and Martial Arts Games.

TURNKEY TV STUDIO & BROADCASTING SOLUTIONS

NRT TV is one of the biggest news stations in Iraq. NRT TV is broadcast live from the Iraq Kurdistan Local Government Management area in Suleymaniyah City. NRT TV is a multilingual
channel that is being simultaneously broadcast in Kurdish, Arabic and English. NRT TV also boasts a large global news network with editorial offices in key regions.

THE AKFA SOLUTION
NRT TV partnered with Akfa Global on their initial launch and chose us again as a turnkey solution supplier for their HD transformation. We not only supplied the automation and NRCS systems for NRT HD but also supplied all the compatible HD broadcasting equipment. We furbished all the equipment for two studios used primarily for daily programs and talk shows as well as equipping a third dedicated news broadcast studio. The audio and video monitors, mixers, intercom systems, studio cameras and automation software for two MCRs and a PCR were installed and integrated by AKFA specialists. Dalet software combined with MAM Systems has added up to powerful automation solutions for NRT TV.

Akfa Global finalized the installation and commissioning of the system according to a plan laid out by both sides at the beginning of the project. When NRT HD went live on-air before the agreed deadline and without a hitch, our customer was more than impressed. The timely and professional work by AKFA Teknoloj facilitated the first broadcast of NRT HD from 20 different locations worldwide beating all deadlines crucial to the launch of the new channel.
